Using This Website

This website provides information about Willsway Heating & Plumbing's services and a way to get in touch. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote until it has been confirmed directly by Sam, in writing or in person, following an assessment of the actual job.

Quotes And Pricing

Prices referenced on this site are indicative and describe how pricing works, not a fixed cost for every job. A firm price is agreed before any work starts, based on the specific property and fault. If additional work is identified once a job is underway, that is priced separately and agreed with you before proceeding.

Gas And Heating Work

All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (registration 568613), in line with current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. Certificates and paperwork issued as part of a job (including Gas Safety Certificates / CP12s) are the customer's or landlord's own record and should be retained for the periods those regulations require.

Liability

Willsway Heating & Plumbing carries public liability insurance. This website is provided as-is; while reasonable care is taken to keep the information accurate, it should not be relied upon as a substitute for an on-site assessment of your specific property.
