This site records when a visitor taps the phone number or submits a form, so we know an enquiry genuinely happened and can measure how the site is performing. This record does not include your name or personal details unless you go on to submit a form. Where a Google Analytics identifier is configured, usage statistics may also be collected in the standard, aggregated way Google Analytics operates.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty, and gas safety certificate record-keeping purposes, in line with the retention periods those regulations require.
